I agree completely. I was glad to see him get fired, and I’m pretty exasperated with all the people (men) saying that he shouldn’t be fired for his opinion.

His opinion is that women are biologically inferior to men. That they have “higher anxiety, lower stress tolerance”. That attempts to remedy discrimination against women amounts to discrimination against men.

That Google engages in the harmful practice of “Reconsidering any set of people if it’s not “diverse” enough, but not showing that same scrutiny in the reverse direction (clear confirmation bias)”. Because too much diversity is a huge problem at Google. Confirmation bias!

And that the Left has a bias that is “Compassion for the weak”.

And he has concrete suggestions too! “Stop alienating conservatives”. “In highly progressive environments, conservatives are a minority that feel like they need to stay in the closet to avoid open hostility.” That’s right, being conservative is just as tough as being gay, bi, or trans. Straight white men will never truly be free until they can call women inferior without repercussions. Preach!

Is it unfair to fire him for these opinions? No worries, that champion of women’s rights Julian Assange has offered him a job.

Sorry for the rant, I guess I needed to vent after reading the memo.

Love your articles, keep it up!
