Well, I’m sorry, but I don’t see your point. 
This is the reason why you use persona, to focus on an archetypical user created on informations you gather after interviewing real future users etc. This persona is intended to be used by all the team to help their creativity, to create more adapted products to real final users. Everyone on the team need to use the method to have the same representation of the probleme here the user (cf. creativity and problem solving). But only trained persons can create the persona.
