The author seems to slam collaboration unless it’s voluntary. In fact, though, we are often forced to collaborate with others we did not choose. My example: theatre productions. The actors in a show don’t get to pick each other, but they have to work together, whether they like each other or not. This happens in business as well — all the time. It’s a skill that needs some instructional support, it seems to me.
