Here is the list of all the questionable parts.
You decide what you want to mute or skip while watching with the kids.
For each scene there is time and level of unsuitability for your chldren:
LOW — usually ok. Curse words like Bastard. Sexual innuendo.
MEDIUM — subjective. Curse words like Shit and Son of a bitch. Partial nudity.
HIGH — long term damage. Violence and rape.
11:25–11:45 : LOW — Signs of racy movies
Situation: Jennifer gives Marty her number and kiss. In background there are names of racy movies
Skip or not: The sign is a bit hard to notice. You have to pay attention, so kids will probably not see it.
21:12 - 12:24 : LOW — Doc says you are gonna see some serious shit
Situation: Doc says to Marty who is video taping, “If my calcualtions are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you are gonna see some serious Shit.”
Skip or not: If your kid is ok with light cursing, it maybe ok. If you still have him/her hold soap in mouth for a minute after they commit a cursing offence, then maybe it is not for your kids.
29:00–29:02 : MEDIUM — Marty says holly shit
Situation: There is a van coming down dark road at around 28:40.
Doc: Oh, my God. They Found me. I don’t know how, but they found me. Run for it Marty!!!
Marty: Who? who?
Doc: Who do you think? The Libyans! [Doc points at the Lybians]
Marty: [Turns around] HOLLY SHIT!
Skip or not: If you are ok with your kids hearing HOLY SHIT… then don’t skip.
29:25–29:32 : HIGH— Lybian shoots and kills doc with Machine Gun
Situation: Libyans corner doc. Drive really fast towards him. Doc stops and looks up. Libyan looks at doc. Doc throws away his gun. Libyan gives doc another look and shoots doc multiple times in the chest.
Skip or not: Skip. Very violent. Not as violent as American Day Time programming but still.
31:09–31:14 : MEDIUM — Marty says Holy SHit
Situation: Lybian pulls out bazooka. Points it a Marty. Marty says “Hollllyyyy Shiiiiit!” Then he says “See if you bastards can do 90.”
Skip or not: Up to the parent
33:12 — 33:14 : LOW — Guy with Shotgun says “Take that, you mutated son of a bitch”
Situation: Pa Peabody (guy with the shotgun) shoots at Marty. After second shot he says: “Take that, you mutated son of a bitch”
Skip or not: “Son of a bitch” is not the worst curse word.
41:40–41:51 : MEDIUM — George McFly spying on girl in underwear
Situation: Marty sees George’s bicycle under the tree and looks up. George is up on a tree with binoculars. Looking at a girl who is wearing white underwear.
Skip or not: In Europe it would be LOW or less, but in US — up to you.
1:00:18–1:00:28 : MEDIUM — Biff harasses Lorraine
Situation:
George: Besides, I think she’d rather go with somebody else
Marty: Who?
George: [point to another table] Biff.
Biff: [Seats behind Lorraine and grabs her waist] You wan’t it. You know you want it. You know you want me to give it to you
Lorraine: [Slaps Biff] Shut your filthy mouth. I am not that kind of girl
Skip or not: This will probably go over most of kids heads, but may require some explanation. Better to skip to be on the safe side
1:07:28–1:07:31 : LOW— Biff and his friends scream “Shiiiit!!!”
Situation: Marty on first ever skateboard tricks Biff and friends into driving their car into truck full of Manure. Right before hitting truck, Biff and friends scream “SHIIIIT!!!”. Cause literally.
Skip or not: One of the great classic scenes. Can mute for a second or two, but not more.
1:07:59–1:08:01 : LOW — Biff says “I am going to get that son of a bitch”
Situation: After hitting truck, Biff if fully covered with manure. He lifts his head out of manure and says “I am going to get that son of a bitch”
Skip or not: No biggy
1:13:34–1:13:36 : MEDIUM — George says “… you touch her on her…”
Situation: Marty talking to George who is hanging laundry.
Marty: Well, because, George, nice girls get angry when guys take advantage of them
George: You mean you are going to go touch her on her…
Skip or not: A bit of sexual innuendo. A bit too explicit. So mute unless you want to explain which part of her was George talking about.
1:17:38–1:17:45 : LOW— Lorraine says “I would love to park”
Situation: Marty alone with Lorraine in car.
Marty: Do you mine if we park for a while?
Lorraine: Great idea. I’d love to park
Marty: Huh?
Lorraine: Marty, I’am almost 18 years old. It’s not like I’ve never parked before.
Skip or not: Another bit of sexual innuendo. This one will only be a big deal if kids are paying attention, and they don’t start doing (pay attention) that till they are 14+.
1:20:19–1:20:26 : LOW —Biff angry with Marty
Situation: Biff pulls Marty out of the car. He says: “You caused 300 bucks damage to my car, you son of a bitch. I am going to take it out of your ass.”
Skip or not: SOB once again. Use your own judgement.
1:20:40–1:20:51 : HIGH— Biff starts assaulting Lorraine
Situation: Biff is standing outside the car leaning on open door
Biff: Well, look-ey what we have here
Lorraine: [Looks down at her cleavage] and gets scared
Biff: “No, no! You’re staying right here with me”. [He climbs into car and starts putting hands on Lorraine”
Lorraine: Let me go!
Skip or not: This one is not for faint hearted. Evan as adult I felt sick watching this part.
1:21:40–1:22:23 : HIGH — Biff continues assaulting Lorraine
Situation: George McFly runs out and sees Lorraine struggling against Biff in the car. He collects himself and walks over to the car. As he is walking towards the car, the struggle continues. George opens the card door.
George: Gets your hands off her!
Biff: [Is grabbing Lorraine, but you can only see her dress. He give George an angry look.]
George: Oh
Biff: I think you got the wrong car, McFly
Lorraine: [Her head appears above the dress. She pleeds] George, help me! Please!
Biff: Just turn around, McFly, and walk away. Are you deaf McFly?
McFly: No Biff. You leave her alone.
Biff: All right McFly. [He comes out of car]
Skip or not: This is pretty disturbing again. So better to skip the whole thing up to the point where Biff gets out of the car.
1:42:35–1:42:36: LOW— Racy movie signs again
Situation: Marty arrives back to his time, comes out of car and looks around. He sees XXX movie signs.
Skip or not: It is just for a second or two, so unless you can read real quick,
forgettaboutit.
1:43:28–1:43:31: Medium— Lybian shoots doc with Machine Gun from another angle
Situation: Marty runs to the parking lot to warn the doc, but he is too late.
Skip or not: Not as bad as the first time, but still better to skip.

15:58 — Lorraine tells her daughter “Seat in parked car with a boy”
29:35 — Marty screams “NOOOO! Bastards!”
33:32 — Pa Peabody says “You space bastard! You killed our pine!”, as Marty is driving away
47:27 — Lorraine (Marty’s future mother) says “He can sleep in my room” to Marty and squeezes his thigh
