Well done on the article and I love your summary points at the bottom. I think that Yahoo epitimized the kind of arrogance that so many individuals, investors and ultimately businesses suffer from. It’s just unfortunate that by the time you run a business, your impact grows exponentially.

I would love to see more leaders and managers take your words to heart and apply them in a more personal manner and realize they could be the next Yahoo!, just maybe on a smaller scale.
