Interesting Hacks I Learned the first 48 Hours of Subscribing to Medium

4 Useful Hacks that I found within the first week of using Medium

Get the most out of the site you are using.

1. Highlighting
   You can highlight certain words, quotes or paragraphs, of others, that you find interesting. This also is where you can leave comments on authors publications.
2. White space
   Use the white space within your posts or articles. Medium has a different format than most blogs but is still super versatile and easy to adapt. Creating this space is both visually appealing and easy on the eye, especially if you are in dark mode .
3. Consistently connect
   Like any other social media platform, networking is key. From what I have found so far, this is a friendly platform.
   - Reach out to others
   - Leave comments on articles that interest you
   Staying engaged will help you find similar blog styles & keep you motivated.
4. Publications
   This is like having your own website without all of the extra analytics. This is a space for any articles you may have, that are set up and categorized by you. This blog style is still in the works.

As mentioned above, this blog is still just in the beginning stages and I still have a lot to learn. I hope you were able to take any tips or tricks from this read.
