I’d been coaching for quite a few years when I found myself in a pretty solid depression. I was struggling. I didn’t want to leave the house. I barely wanted to get out of bed. A simple thing like going to grocery store was way too much to deal with.
At that point in my life, I had already used coaching, meditation and yoga to overcome a bout of depression that had lasted about 20 years and anxiety that had been with me for as long as I could remember.
