Goals like “I want to lose weight” or

Specific goals will keep you focused,
motivated, and less likely to
Make excuses…

For example- I want to lose 3 inches from
My waist and hips.. I want to lose
20lbs in 6 weeks… I want to get ready
For a specific event etc

3.Remember the excuses you’ve made in the past

Be ready for the excuses to pop up

No time — Carve out some time each day
to workout…

No money for the gym- Start putting money aside
early, so you’re ready…

No one to workout with…
recruit someone now, or join a boot camp
or group style workout…
