Big Goals Even Miracles Happen Everyday — 3 Tips To Your Fitness Success

End of the year is coming quick.

Holiday Season is here..

Let’s keep those results from the year..
No blowing it at the end of the race…

Or..

Maybe you’re just starting now…

Grab some momentum going into the holidays
And through the New Year…

Have some big goals you want to accomplish…

I say that’s the way to do it…

If the goal doesn’t scare the living you know what
out of you; why do it?

Your goal is big — Intimidating…
First of all, congrats on going big and setting up
for the home run instead of going for a bunt single…

Big goals, Big Successes can seem insurmountable
It’s like standing right at the base of a huge mountain
And looking straight up..

Well speaking of big goals and accomplishing
Miracles..

There was a team given no chance to achieve
anything really…

It was The 1980 United States Hockey Team
The U.S team consisted of College players
Mostly from the Minnesota area

The team was Coached by Herb Brooks
Who himself played hockey for the US
Olympic team…

The US team was a big time goal oriented
team always striving to get better

Coach Brooks pushed this team very hard
and the team responded and performed very well

The coach adopted a different style of
play than the players were used to, but

the players were able to make adjustments
and play at a high level.

It was also a team that never gave up..

There were several games leading up to the
Olympics where the US Team was down

Big time, and was able to salvage victories
with hard nose, never give up, style of playing

Coach Brooks instilled the proper
mindset and training and set this team up
for accomplishing the impossible…

The US team ended up shocking the
world and beating the heavily favored

Russian team made up of mostly
professional players…

Some would say a miracle win,
but the team set themselves up for

that victory and “miracle” over the
Russians with crazy effort, and
big time proper mindset…

Here’s 3 Tips for Fitness Success and Big goals Even Miracles…

1.Have a plan- Be specific as possible with your goals and actions
For example what day and time you will prep your meals
How many days a week you’re going to workout and what time
Yes you can change times as life happens but have a foundation

2.Take Massive action — Don’t just go at your goals at 50% if you
Want to achieve big goals it takes big effort..
Do 3 things or more for your goals daily —
a. Journal Daily-
Writing down your goals, meals, how you feel etc.
b. Workouts- get your scheduled workouts in
c. Mindset — work on the things that have stopped you from achieving goals in the past…

3.Be persistent- There’s no doubt things will come up that
Will make achieving your goals difficult — car problems, day care,
Family, school.. Make the adjustments as the Hockey team did
And make miracles happen…
