Server-side rendering was the singular reason I chose React well over a year ago.

(Asynchronous rendering had to be solved myself via React Resolver, but that’s because I prefer colocating data to views rather than controllers/screens.)

Code-splitting (with *minimal* effort) was the singular reason I chose Webpack as well.

Having production-ready deployments without much thought while building application is a game changer. Especially when CSS is bundled with it!
