Traditional Selling Still Work?
the answer for me now is ‘No’
But I do not overall think the traditional selling is valueless. There are some cases in domestic and oversea to make me have the thought.
In traditional sell, we’re the brand, we should have a chain including the distributors and retailers. Surely the chain nowadays is still the main player. But adding more ways like ‘Social Networks’ can help us to promote and selling the products to end-customers and business partners, either. So actually it naturally makes a shortcut to each other that in the business. (or in a deal) In my thought, I think it’s very good for us to reach the better customer service to our customers. Also, know what they want. The Direct-Selling also directly reduce the cost and increasing our profit by standing in business. Again, I still think the roles in the traditional selling are important and have their own unique strength in the business.
But eventually whatever which way is better than the other, I still find and work hard on improving ‘Customer Experience’ that we could do better than better.
