I enjoyed this blog article and agree the Dev Ops mindset about moving faster, with less friction, and more measurably, is table stakes now in the world of online commerce. One thing I would suggest adding to the perspective is measurement of not just technical metrics like # of releases, time to release, defect rate, web performance, etc., but also most critically is the impact to the end customer experience. You can check alot of these boxes, but if the impact to end users is negative (e.g. web site conversion, loyalty, etc.) then it’s all for naught. Don’t forget the business KPIs in making your case for further adoption and ROI around Dev Ops.
