Another way to frame this (and maybe sell it as something other than strategic voting, which can be seen as a negative thing) would be to look at it as a vote-swap. NDP supporters asked to vote Liberal are not voting against their party, but simply swapping votes with a Liberal supporter asked to vote NDP. Everyone gets their own vote, just somewhere where it is urgently needed! You could theoretically even set up a site that pairs voters with their counterparts….
