It sounds like you are getting an SSL error from a CURL call. This is probably on your local machine and that is where I’d look first.

Yes. I have no issue with summarizing and linking to the resource. That’s what a link blog is. Freek Van der Herten does a great job with this on his site and it’s how I structure a lot of articles on laravel news. I look at that as a curator role and highlighting it for others to find.
