You make a ton of good points here! I think that all of these are worthwhile reforms. I also think your point supports an idea I had about the liberal Court reforms, in that they have to be something sensible and non-partisan like what you’re describing so it receives more buy-in. For instance, expanding the names on the Court but having a bipartisan commission pick at least some of them. Something has to be done, especially if Kavanaugh acts like many people expect, but I won’t say I know for sure what the eventual plan should be.
