Now imagine a brand of basketball when those Bulls’ weakest link was removed and replaced with a better player, as Longley, or Wennington, or whomever it is at center is replaced with a better player off the bench.
Against the ’17 Warriors, the ’86 Celtics or ’87 Lakers become worse as their big men — great as they are — get exposed.
Against the ’17 Warriors, the ’96 Bulls level up.
