Dust off your childhood.

When was the last time you did something you liked to do between he ages of 5–17?

For me, it was swimming.

For the past two weeks, I’ve been swimming.

Every morning. Every day.

I replaced caffeine with a dive and sprint session in the pool 🏊🏼

It’s cleansing.

And one hell of a way to wake up in the morning.

But it’s not easy. Every morning, I still fight my mind that says:

“Are you seriously going to spend the next fifteen minutes cold and jumping into water rather than some extra sleep?”

It takes TRUST in myself.

I KNOW that after the swim, I’ll feel fantastic.

But it takes discomfort to get that feeling.

Discomfort to get back into an activity that was so apart of my childhood.

Discomfort that made me energized and excited for the day — instead of groggy and caffeinated.

It’s the difference between being a kid ok the first day of the school year and an adult on the first day back to work from vacation.

Replace routine with youthful activity, and watch your energy soar.

If you do what you liked as a child, you’ll be young forever.
A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
