So damn true. Resentment leads to toxicity, toxicity leads to pain, and when it gets to that point, it’s almost impossible to let go or move on.

I’m learning living with this now. It’s something I’ve tried to ignore, but it’s only led to it building up. It’s uncomfortable and something I didn’t want to give attention. Now it’s so bad that it steals attention away from things that are much more important than my day job.
