Always Be Learning

I met an old man in the fincas of Nicaragua who was 80 years old and full of spit and spunk. I had trouble keeping up with him. He scrambled over barbwire fences, taught me how to ride a horse, and all without breaking a sweat. His secret to life? Always learning. Cultivating a learning mind. Whether it be music, language, painting, brick laying, or anything else. The key is coming to enjoy the process of learning regardless of your chance of you chances of being any good at what you pick up. You must be excited to suck at something! It is the first step to being kinda ok at something.

Get out there and be bad at something!
