Thank you for adding this. Yes, it is interesting to see how UX and service design might be related — but in the real world, you don’t see a lot of osmosis despite sharing a vocabulary that philosophically means the same thing, but in practicality doesn’t. Being well rounded is good, but so is being sharp. Do we want round employees, or a sharp ones. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
