Good luck to those lucky 9! Encouraging to see a woman in a leadership position supporting other women. To this day, I will never forget returning from maternity leave and having my office given up while out. The Department Head (a woman) replied casually, “Oh, I thought you weren’t coming back.” I vowed to make sure I never undermined a woman in the workplace.
