Deanne that sounds terrible. I don’t have anything nearly that bad, but I do suffer from regular pain. I had a spinal fusion when I was about 14, so I’ve had significant back pain as long as I can remember. I have noticed something though, as I’ve attempted to heal myself (in whatever way I can). I’ve seen others in pain and sick. I’ve researched and seen them find ways to heal themselves, sometimes with miraculous results. I’ve seen a former professional wrestler blow out the discs in his spine and within a few months heal himself to the point where he could wrestle again. Doctors told him this was absolutely impossible, but he found a way to do the impossible. A modified version of yoga was his method for healing. It may sound hopeless, but you just need to keep searching for your method. Your method may never may you perfect, it just needs to improve your condition. Good luck to you and I hope your find your method. Keep writing and work to keep your mind sharp while you’re waiting.
