Telling women not to dress femininely because they might face bias reduces the impact of some of your more valid points.

This works against talented ladies all over the world. Women should dress the way they want and face into bias when they are mistaken for holding a non-technical role by asking the person why they thought they weren’t technical. Questioning forces the biased person to question their actions without asking a woman to dress for a part instead of focusing on having the brain and talent for a role.

Clothing does not make a technologist and not being true to yourself doesn’t help anyone get over a preconceived notion of what a technologist looks like
