Changing the world, one woman’s story at a time

Women A Mission is launching Monday May 15th

A new wave of women are popping up — owning their voices as they share the amazing and messy journey of finding your way as a woman.

Join me as I interview them on my podcast Women On A Mission.

These aren’t your average podcast interviews about best practices + 3 ways to better self talk. The questions are unscripted and we get real with conversations about mommy guilt, perfectionism, learning how to say no, dating, fear and limiting beliefs. I ask them about what you really want to know about how they paid their rent when they launched their projects.

Doing things differently isn’t easy (and neither is being a woman) but we all get by with a little help from our (girl)friends. Each of us has our own path but that doesn’t mean we can’t use a little inspiration and advice from other people who have been down the same road.

What is a woman on a mission?

My definition of a woman on a mission is someone who is 100% unapologetically herself. But there is no right way to be a woman on a mission — from CEOs to stay at home moms, each woman defines that for herself.

When you are just getting started, it’s often just you. Building your website, finding clients, working out pricing + packaging. Getting excited about new opportunities then self sabotaging when you are overcome with self doubt. Wondering who will pick up the kids from school — if anyone else feels as overwhelmed and lost as you do.

My goal is that my sharing these women’s stories that it will inspire you be a little more boldly yourself.

What To Expect

Each interview provides lessons but celebrates the journey of progress, not perfection.

What is fascinating is while each episode is different there are some common themes each woman talks about in her own way —reminding me that no matter what it looks like on the outside, we aren’t really all that different after all.

I’m asking them questions like:

  • What does doing things differently look like to you?
  • How do you manage feelings of guilt, shame or not being enough?
  • When do you see those things come up for you?
  • How do you handle the hard parts of marching to the beat of your own drum?
  • What advice would you give yourself knowing what you know now?=
  • Where do you find community?
  • What does equality look like to you?
  • What has been the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn?
  • Who or what has been the biggest catalyst/impact on who you’ve become?

I am so humbled by the strength and stories these women are willing to share and so excited for what it means collectively for our culture to share these stories.

In their own way they are each claiming who they are as enough, asking for their seat at the table, and making up the rules as they go.

And I can’t wait for you to listen too. The podcast launches Monday but you sign up to get the interviews delivered to your inbox each week at or follow along on Instagram:
