Thanks! I can speak for myself: I’ve been going every week/other week to deal with stress/anxiety since the end of March and will probably move to maintenance mode soon where I go every 3–4 weeks. I actually wrote about it on Medium…I have many more sessions to write about!

I forsee going as long as I’m a startup founder. It’s such a roller coaster ride and having that regular time for reflection as well as an expert to help me unravel my thoughts, feelings, and build healthy coping skills and behaviors is the best investment I’ve made in myself and the company.
