Thanks so much for the comments Glenn. I think you’ve interpreted it perfectly. As with most things in life, it’s really about balance. Some level of multitasking can be good for productivity in our modern frantic world. But we’ve adapted to this behavior so much that we’ve forgotten the importance of prioritizing and knuckling down to a single task when it matters. It can be both healthy and practical to maintain the ability to focus on a single target, and tune out of the constant distracting buzz around us.
