Beautiful points Hina. There are many sides to this issue. This is what globalisation is about. The balance is always there but we only get to notice when it affects us. Whoever is best at a role, let him or her take the role.

Meanwhile, there is nothing like “African accent.” Accents are country specific. There are Nigerian, Kenyan, Ugandan, South African etc accents. There is no common accent for the 54 countries or so that make up the continent of Africa.
