I Don’t Really Believe in “Work-Life Balance”

Cheers for sharing interesting insights! I see work-life balance as being present in your context. The number of contexts we have varies and thus it’s a relative debate. For example; when you are at work you are purely focused on the business task at hand, when at home spending time with family you focus on that etc. This way every part of our life grows and feels balanced. When that focus fails in one of those context types then you get this uneven pain of lacking something.
