Be as you are

My kid was the only one participating in “Crazy Hair Day” at school today.

Admittedly, she was not into earlier in the week, but when I brought out the gel today, it was ALL about: “Crazy hair!” “Crazy hair!”

We walked in to her class this morning to find NONE of the other kids had done anything crazy. She walked over to circle time, rocking her mohawk to the fullest.

Could NOT be prouder.
(Hoping she never loses that “Be as you are”-cheek.)
