Aim to activate ESG activities for the future of the earth.

Solid batteries and sodium-ion batteries offer higher energy efficiency, lighter weight and longer usage times than other battery types. In addition, the risk of battery explosion or fire is reduced, saving more space by eliminating the need for safety components. Battery companies are already making every effort in ESG, especially in the environment, where many are setting zero-carbon goals. One of the best performers in ESG today has also set a goal of reducing global GHG emissions by 30 percent by 2030.
The biggest challenge for investors will be how to efficiently handle battery companies’ greenhouse gas emissions and waste batteries. Improperly disposed waste batteries contain harmful chemicals, which affect the global environment and human health and cause air pollution. In addition, the situation in the global economy is becoming more difficult at this point, and it is becoming more important to prove the sustainability of businesses. Power supply chain problems have also worsened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will require companies to develop sustainable management strategies, and governments will need to build stronger power supply chains in their own countries.
