Using the Resistbot for The Juveniles in Saudi Arabia : Ali Mohammed Al Nimr, Abdullah Al Zaher, Mujtaba Al Suweikat and Dawood Al Marhoon
Recently, I learned of this amazing tool called the Resistbot. It helps you send messages to elected officials who represent you. Using the resist bot, you can painlessly send faxes to your elected representatives.
Brief Introduction:
Despite the horrific nature of this case, the US government has been nothing but silent. We need you to tell your congressional representatives and Senators that this is not acceptable and that the US should stand for human rights.

Instructions
Step 1: Click on Resistbot’s Facebook Messenger or if you are using your cellphone Text “Resist” to 50409
Step 2: Type “Get Started”
Step 3: Follow instructions so that it can find your congressional represenatives and Senators
Step 4: The Resistbot will prompt you for a message with a prompt such as this one:
Step 5: Now, it is time to enter your letter to your Senator. It works best if it comes from the heart. Here are important points to consider:
- Ali Mohammed Al Nimr was a 16-year old kid who protested for democracy.
- Saudi Arabia, a Key ally, arrested, tortured and sentenced him to death by crucifixion for this.
- He has exhausted all his appeals and his only hope is to have the international community negotiate his release.
Step 6: Include your personal feelings about this situation and also why the congressional rep needs to sponsor a resolution to condemn this.
The Resistbot will allow you to preview your message to your representative.
