I think we need to have some rating functionality in package manager like NPM that will solve the problem of reputation it will not be just the download number it is how many of the downloads did +1 or -1 for that package

that will not solve the problem of “I don’t want to wake up one day to find that no developer can write an http server with his bare hands” but it will be a good indicator on the quality of the modules
