Esoteric Writers is a community for readers, writers, and book reviewers. In 2022, the community held the first-ever Book Reviewer Awards for recognising the reviewers and their hard work.

For her honest and detailed reviews, contribution towards literature, and the amount of love gathered from the public, we are overwhelmed to announce our Perfect Bibliophile Award to Karishma Pahuja.
Karishma Pahuja found her love for books when she started to divert her mind away from overthinking the pressures in life. She started to review her books through her blog in 2019 and by now she has reviewed over 100+ authors already.

Her favorite author and books are The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, The Speaking Stone by Ratandip Acharya, SHE- Screw Silence by Reecha Agarwal Goyal, Life is what you make it by Preeti Shenoy, It starts with us and It Ends with Us by Collen Hover, Ikigai by Francesc Miralles and Hector Garcia, Milk and honey by Rupi Kaur.

Karishma is also a writer since 2018 and a co-author of Agonising Temptations, Assortments of Pearls and Beautiful Mishaps — Vol 2. All these books are available on Amazon and Flipkart. Her favorite genres are Non-fiction, Fiction, Poetry, Crime, Thriller, Mythology, and Biographies.

She has completed her schooling at St. Patrick’s Convent High School, Devlali, Nashik, and Graduation from Pune University. Apart from reading, our winner also loves to learn new things, photograph, draw, paint, and create Mandala. Karishma aims to maintain her library with a book club where every age group can come and read without any hesitations. She believes in making a world where everyone respects books and book bloggers. If one wishes to become a book blogger, then according to Karishma, he/she should first identify their taste in genre and before jumping into reviewing journey learn the proper way of book reviewing. If one is not able to identify, one should ask for recommendations.
