When you walk, be mindful of the movements your body is making, feel the movement of the foot as you lift and lower it to the ground. Feel the swing of the arms, the motions of the muscles, feel the purpose in your walk.
This lesson of mine in 2017 was one that my business coach ever so gently pointed out to me; was it possible that I was trying to walk a different path with some people that were still on my old path? Was I walking with people that were no longer “my people”?
