ROCKY FAITH

Garbed with restlessness
We cling onto hope,
As we look up to the hills
From what place comes our help

Say a prayer, stand in faith
The priest at the temple
Admonishes in faith
Yet himself battles to stand

A life to palliate our pains we pray
Puckers with tales of dearth
bedecked our faces, as
The tarrying promises awaits
Manifestion at the nick of time

The tick of time
A respecter of nobody
As by faith we pray and
By faith we are to wait
While hoping for the unseen

But if the unseen tarries
And we are hardest hit
With quakes of sorrows
Do our faith shakes
Leaving foams in our mouth

Still, I admonish by faith
Though myself battles to stand
Say a prayer, your time will come
A little more work, and
The world will stoop under you.
