Hey Arun,
SAN, as well as most of Ethereum tokens, are compatible with ERC20 token standard. Any ERC20 token can be stored under the same Ethereum account you use to store your ETH (only true for accounts you own private keys for, not exchanges).
Try it out:
Send 1 SAN or other ERC20 token to your hardware wallet (Both Ledger and Trezor are capable of storing them) or any other wallet you have private keys for.
Open https://myetherwallet.com/ or your local parity node, connect to your hardware wallet or open your account with private key.
Check your token balances. In case of SAN and https://myetherwallet.com/ you will need to add custom token to MEW:
