There are stories and articles I stumble upon at times which explain concepts and summarise ideas in truly wonderful ways.

One such article is this; “Crisis in our Experience of Space and Time”, written by Angela Towndrow.

This article does a lot to explain the sensation of not having enough time in the day. It certainly provides some food for thought, and I hope you take the opportunity to sit back and ponder whether you’re allowing yourself enough time to reflect.

Reflecting offers a great opportunity to filter and process information, rather than continuously consume the unrelenting stimuli that bombard us in every day life (eg. Signs, Screens, People, Noise, etc.)
