Except I said nothing about the press conference. I didn’t even watch that press conference. My issue is and always has been with the statements made and the attitude with the lead up to the launch and management of the service to this point.

And I don’t think I ever indicated I was angry. Think you read a bit much into what I’ve said. But that’s alright with me. At the end of the day. I am allowed (whether you believe it is childish, wrong, or otherwise unpleasant/unreasonable to you) to hold an opinion, not use a service, and continue to not use said service based on any criteria I see fit. It could be because I dislike the logo, for all it matters to any other person, I’ve not dissuaded others from using it, and did not actively call out others that find the service useful or good/cool.

And you’re free to believe whatever you care to believe about my reasoning for it. We’re free to do that and not resort to being argumentative about you t or insinuating that one such as myself may be a child for it. :-)

I wouldn’t know about the Xbox launch, because it’s irrelevant to me. I don’t buy Microsoft products.

Interestingly, I specifically spoke to its current state (yes, it’s still early, and Tidal can make changes…but until those changes come to fruition and are visible, and denial that changes could be made in the first place goes away), Tidal is a non-starter for me. It will remain that way until the aforementioned changes that could make it better and useful to me come to pass. If they don’t, my opinion will remain the same and valid for me. If those changes pull me in, great, they have another subscriber.
