Over the last months, the crypto / blockchain ecosystem has been one of the most exciting and fast growing technology segments. Despite the ICO craze, the shift towards a decentralised internet is starting to become more real everyday. Some very interesting projects have been created and others are about to be launched in the next months. Many people want now to help build a new decentralised web or build a new dApps.
AngelList is one of the best sources of information for crypto jobs and the recent post about “How to Get a Job at a Crypto Startup” is a very good place to start. However, it is still very challenging for many non-Tech people to be aware of opportunities in the crypto world. At the same time, many Blockchain companies and crypto funds are facing hurdles in finding world-class Ops, Designers and Traders.
For all these reasons, I am thinking to start a newsletter offering a curated list of the most interesting crypto jobs at the moment. I shall start this new project only if I have 100 sign ups before the 10th of November. Hence, if you are interested please sign up at the bottom of the page.

What would be the format?
- This newsletter will be sent every few weeks on the 19th of each month.
- It will include a maximum of 10 jobs shared only to the subscribers. I shall publish the of list of jobs of the previous newsletter online in a master medium post.
- There will be four categories of jobs: Crypto funds, Crypto startups, Crypto Large Tech companies and Others
- This newsletter will always be free
- For each jobs I shall add some key information and comments
Who would want to read this newsletter?
- People with business, operation, design, finance and non-tech background looking to move into the wonderful crypto / blockchain world
- Jobs will be targeted at entry level to mid-level roles and some odd cases of co-founders / early employees
- No geography restriction

Position: Chief of Staff, based in London, UK / Cape Town, ZA
Company: Luno, a bitcoin wallet and exchange operating across more than 40 countries
What you’ll do? You will assist the CEO in the global strategy of the company. In other words, you will help with internal projects like planning, budgets and building processes and also with external CEO type jobs like investor relation, partnership negotiation etc.
What you’ll need? This fits someone with a Consulting / Finance work experience and with an international background.
Funding: Recently closed a Series B of $9m round by Balderton Capital
Competitors? Coinbase, Bitstamp, Kraken and decentralised exchanges
Why is it awesome? Luno is well funded and backed by some Tier I investors (Naspers, Balderton). Your main job would be to help the CEO to execute the next fast growth phase. You don’t need a very strong blockchain expertise and will learn a lot and build strong relationships with people from the industry. Interestingly the company focus on emerging markets like Indonesia, Malaysia and Europe rather than more developed markets like the US or Japan
Why some people may not like it? With 60+ FTE and $13m+ of funding, Luno is not really an early stage startup. The focus is for the moment very B2C rather than institutional.
