The situation with your support and your system both is totally terrible. Your system decided to close my account (which still has most of my money on it) because I mistyped my date of birth and got no opportunity to correct it! I am sure you can reactivate my account in a minute, but I’m waiting for the response from your support team for a week already, and as I see in the comments here, it can last for many weeks if not months! The worst service in my life!
