untitled space project LP

so yeah, i created a project randomly one day with the cover art and all…

everything about making this project was fun and pushed me to let go. let go of all outside forces and zero in on what i love. right now things are dependent on outside forces far as reach and pay. our audiences were stripped away from us. there’s a lot of beatmakers that feel the same way and the streaming thing is for people in that door. i made a name for myself from me uploading beats to soundcloud for years. creatives and listeners shared my music and helped put me on the map.

outside of hanging with family and friends creating is what brings me peace in this country. i want creatives to let go of this system they ushered in under our noses. our art being picked for playlists by people who don’t really give a fuck ain’t it. i need to see your work for me to respect that. i did all this from the ground up.

im willing to keep pushing the community for the greater good. at the same time i don’t play when it comes to my art. this is something i needed to get off my chest. we determine our worth not “them”.

dropped this tape in the comments of a poll i did on twitter. been plotting on releasing a project this way for awhile. sometimes the drop has a huge impact initially but other times it ages like wine. i’ve noticed a lot of my music is really appreciated over time. so sit with this while i create more things that bring me joy and peace. there’s something else coming that i’m very excited about so be on the look out for that. peace

this project is only available on bandcamp
