Stop staring at a screen 2 hours before bed, brain dump/meditate, blackout the room — the point is, sleep is time not spent awake, and why not make sure you get the most out of your day?

There is plenty of scientific evidence that the 7–8+ prescription isn’t necessary for many people. (It’s just old advice for a forward-thinking audience, really.)
