Eugene’s Good Nutter Butter Recipe.

1 cup raw peanuts (unsalted) —if allergic substitute for another cup of almonds. (For a healthy almond butter just use 4 cups of almonds, raw or roasted!)

1 cup raw almonds (unsalted)

1 cup raw walnuts (unsalted)

1 cup raw cashews (unsalted)

Optional: Pinch of himalayan crystal salt

Optional: 1/4 cup of XCT oil (or MCT or raw virgin coconut oil) — the nuts have enough oil of their own, it really is your choice.

Everything into a powerful blender (Vitamix or Blend technology or good choices) Ps. Don’t burn out the blender ;-) LoL.

Start the blender slowly and then move it up till you get to high. Press the nuts down into the blades with the tamper. Once the butter starts to flow freely and the engine becomes laboured turn it off. (It should look like smooth shop bough peanut butter for consistency)
