Eugene’s - The Dark Chocolate Goat - Muffins Recipe.

Inspired from a recipe by a Muscle Building site, I honestly forgot which :v:

1/2 Cup Mt. Capra Double Bonded
Protein (Dark Chocolate)

2 Whole eggs
1 Med. Banana (Green tip)
200g Sweet Potato Puree
200g Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 tsp. Raw Virgin Coconut Oil (or, MCT)
1/8 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
23 Chopped roasted almonds (unsalted)

Option: You can leave out the eggs and instead use 1 Cup of the protein powder.
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F
(170 C).
Blend the ingredients.
Pour batter into silicone cases.
Bake for about 40 minutes.

Sprinkle over some grated 70% dark chocolate and/or dust with a little cacao powder or cinnamon.
