Eugene’s Total Rugby Green (Breakfast) Smoothie Recipe.

Inspired by (but not affiliated with) the Springboks! Go bokke!

1 and 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 serving MRM Veggie Elite Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1 tbsp. chia seed

1/2 an avocado

1 tsp. ONNIT MCT Oil

1/2 a serving ONNIT EGN Power Greens Blend

1/2 a serving ONNIT EGN Champion Blend

1 serving ONNIT Shroomtech-sport

1 packet ONNIT Alpha-brain Instant

1/2 cup of frozen blue berries (or, pineapple)

1/2 a golden ripe banana (green tip)

1/2 cup of oats

1 tbsp. maca (due to maca’s “performance” inducing properties, it might be best to start out with just 1/2 a tsp. And then depending how your body responds, take it from there).

1/2 tsp. moringa leaf

3/4 cup green tea ice cubes (if needed)

Blend till silky smooth!!
