Product Hunt Review: “Kraftful” a ChatGPT style product research

Kraftful is a ChatGPT like assistant that helps product teams analyze and respond to large volumes of user feedback. It can link with multiple APIs like IoS and AoS App Store, and also with Zendesk, Github, Front, and Intercom.

Latest Launch:

Launched on Feb 22, the latest version of Kraftful was quite a surprise to me. The first sign-in page did not require much, and was easily accessible through Google account log-in.

Quick How To:

After logging in, you can easily connect the reviews from your AoS or Ios App directly from the interface.

On the left, the green summarizes the top requests found in the reviews. On the right, pink reviews tell you what the most loved features of your app were.

The summary that Kraftful provided was quite complete, though there was information that was outdated found in the review. I am guessing that since the algorithm is based mostly on review data, fixes and bugs that have already been treated to — (but reviews not edited) will still show similar results. (Maybe not, tell me if I’m wrong.)

The third prominent feature is the Chat feature, which allows you to ask questions that will generate answers based on the data within the reviews.

What did people like the most?

However, you will sometimes find that parts of the answers are repetitive, and I am guessing this is more so if you have fewer reviews by fewer people. When I asked “What would be a great way to sell this product?” the first part of the answer was quite similar to the answer above.

Overall Summary:

After a quick look, I was able to find that the idea of this product was quite fascinating and amazing. If I were a product owner, I would definitely invest my money in this software — because it would save the team so much time and effort than running through all the reviews individually.

The easy integration and data linking was a plus, from login to adding a product. The chat function was also quite amazing, though it did seem to provide quite a limited set of answers for certain questions that have similar nuances but different wording.

Utility — Great. Solves a problem that needs solving!

Ease of use — Easy to use, even without watching a demo!

Creativity — Creative. Would try again.

WOW — The wow factor here is that Kraftful was able to solve a very simple problem using a very unique methodology. Now, further research and use might prove that not necessarily all the information on this blog is correct. But the idea and layout in itself is quite a satisfactory product if you ask me.
