UPLB holds SAIS Mock Enrollment

SAIS mock enrollment in UP Los Banos (UPLB) started on 25 April 2016 (Monday) and concludes on 29 April 2016 (Friday).

In conjunction with the mock enrollment, the eUP Team conducted a short orientation on eUP and SAIS that was attended by College Secretaries, OUR staff, Enrollment Administrative Staff, members of the University Student Council and College Student Councils.

At the open forum immediately after the orientation, participants’ questions touched on implementation challenges in CUs currently using SAIS, the User Interface (UI) of SAIS, and SAIS’ capability to accommodate the relatively large population of UPLB. Hands-on training regarding SAIS functions was also conducted for College Secretaries, OUR enrollment staff, and student council members.

All UPLB students are encouraged to participate in the Mock Enrollment to gain firsthand experience using SAIS, as well as to test for themselves the system’s capability to accommodate the UPLB population. The mock enrollment schedule, which is based on the actual enrollment schedule, is as follows:

• 26 April: For Graduating, Graduate School and Regular Students
• 27–28 April: For Graduating, Graduate School, Regular Students and Non Regular.
• 29 April: Cashier and Accounting
