OMG, this article just makes me cringe….. first of all, you say at 4pm, you thought the end of the day was nigh and you didn’t have time to do anything else? Dude, 4pm is early, I don’t even get to the gym until 7pm. Secondly, you get up at 6am and don’t even have to leave your house until 9pm? MUST BE NICE! I have to BE TO WORK AT 7:30… some ppl are at my office by 6am…. getting up at 6am isn’t a luxury for me to have three hours to jerk off in the morning, I have to get up at 6am just to not get fired. To each their own, but I’m completely over these self-righteous articles about how getting up early is the bees knees. No it’s not. People who get up early have more heart attacks than night owls… google it! Going to bed at 9pm is what grandmas and 3 year olds should do, not middle aged adults who wanna watch TV. I WANT TO WATCH TV, so sue. No, I don’t wanna work out in the goddamn morning, my blood sugar is too low than and I get dizzy and bitchy. I don’t want to get up before the sun, that’s not how the human eye ball works, it needs the sun to SEE. stumbling around in the dark trying to find a light switch and then burning out my retinas when I do find it just to brush my stupid teeth is not natural. It’s COLD when it’s dark, staying in bed is the NATURAL option. Let the sun do it’s job and warm up the world AND then I’ll get out of bed. .. Ugh, you morning ppl think you’ve somehow got ahead of the res tof us and you feel all snazzy…. well suck it, because I don’t care…. he world is still waiting for me later in the day, I didn’t miss shit, I just do it at night, because I am a TRUE night owl…. you were never a real night owl. I’m glad you found your thing, you be you, but don’t make me be you or suggest I should.
