If there are fine lines, your skin may be dried out or have decreased flexibility, which needs to be addressed through internal and external care to maintain youthful skin,” explains doctor.

The POUT Test

Another place of the face that doesn’t get as very much awareness as the eyes, but is still equally essential, especially in the anti-aging realm, is the the skin all over the mouth. This third step tests that above mentioned area — and it includes making a sad face.

“‘Pout’ to check [the] area all over your mouth. As you launch the pout, you’ll want to see if fine lines remain. It is so important to apply an additional layer of natual skin care all over your mouth, as we often clean it off as we proceed our skincare routines, after we brush our teeth or drink and eat food,” she notes.
