Slack dark mode (Last update 4.0)

If you’re a big fan of dark mode of your Mac and get boring with the withe background on your slack, this guide will help you to give the same colors of your MacOS environment.

Let’s started

First of all, make sure your slack are on the latest version (4.0.0)

Install npx with:

npm install -g npx

Unpack the app.asar with the command :

npx asar extract /Applications/ /Applications/

Copy the content below and add to the end of file:

After edit the file, pack the app.asar again with the command:
